• If you do not require a collection, there is no cancellation fee provided you give us 24 hours notice

• We use an environmentaly friendly, quiet LPG vehicle.
• Do I need to be there for the bag to be emptied?  No, provided we have access     to the garden   bag and we have your contact information and any instructions.
• If you can't lift it - neither can I.  A full bag of dry lawn clippings can weigh 100kg or wet 150kg.  Even though I do use a reliable trolley, I have to be able to get the bag on it.
• A spare bag can be left if you anticipate a lot of waste next month, simply ring and notify me to leave an extra bag at the collection before
